Unfortunately, it's not such "Do that" and voilà.
Check that all the partitions can be mounted correctly, in TWRP.
Anyway, you can try other ROMs too, it's not the same for all.
Also, as I said to you, the cam_vpu images can depend on which other images are in your device right now, for this, check the next...
I flashed all the images, either through SP flash tool or mtk-client., take in account that some images are avoided by SP flash tool.
Also, there is an image that is not flashed, but I guess, you specially need, it's size in A11 is around 480 MB (I don't remember the name). Edit: it´s special_preload (not present in all ROMs)
As a base, I flashed too, some ROMs in ozip format, either through TWRP or Orange Fox, I noticed that sometimes, flashing through one instead of through another makes a difference.

It does make sense of flashing some files but im flashing every one file at this forum and you guys provide me only at mtk client because it is tested

bro I have also same issue like my camera and fast charging does't work. I go to realme Service Center they say you need to change your phone mother board. I try to explain her my phone some partition has missing but they Can't understand. After that I flash this file and my phone camera issue has been solve.

bro i found a solution

for that. if we flash our realme in locked bootloader mode our all problem will solve but, we have opporeserve verify signed error we should solve it before it we should find a better solution for verified boot problem

Did you try other custom ROMs 2.0?, Strange, all of them, solved the baseband error.

Bro i have on same situation you tooo.when I flash A.43 in realme 7 2151 by SP flash tool WITH SCATTER.TXT BY untick opposerever2,my custom,special preloaded,cdt engineering
With fully flashed after then I unplug and power on it start for 5 sec and power off again power on with recovery mode (logo) wiping just like in recovery mode wiping process complete and power off again re-proccess.
