Yo Man Jus Disable that update app and update play services manually...How come any one hasnt mentioned the time settings take to load.
also theres a notification sdaying connect to wifi for setup and I'm connected, I click on it and nothing happens, doesnt proceed further.
also Finishing System update. Its been more than an hour and only 1/4th is completed
Also not able to add accounts
Apps take foreover to load. Chrome for eg.

Edit: Installed the Play Services Beta apk. Now everything is working fine... Except the mentioned issues in the OP
actually its working. strange..I installed without any problem by following steps from 7 to 21 without wiping internal storage. Good thing. And ROM seems so good, fast charge seems it doesn't work, it recharges only at 5V 2A
