How to flash lenovo a7010 without losing data

Hello,
I have lenovo K4 vive A7010.
It stuck on the logo while booting.
I want to flash it using the sp flash tool.
Any body have a good firmware to use,
and know which rows I should untick while downloading the scatter file so as not to loose the data.
