How to get back to stock

I cant find a step by step anywhere to get back to stock. When i try to do odin it freezes.

The last time I downloaded I thought ll were free except cokc. Maybe I was wrong or they've changed their policy. One way or another, it was worth $10 to me last time I downloaded, but to each their own.
