Go into setting, then more settings, mobile networks, access point name! Hit the left soft key, hit +New apn! Set up your new apn then after that hit the left menu key again click save! Done

Yeah I know what you mean, about them being grayed out. Meaning we can't access them?? I'm thinking it's a setting within the SIM card itself. But don't quote me on that. That's just my assumption. Lol
So you tried all of them and no luck? Even after a reboot. Actually all you need to do is toggle airplane mode, and it'll switch to the new apn! Hopefully that'll help you get back a lil speed. I went thru the same thing but#4 gave me a lil speed back. I was at 8 gigs+ and still was getting 50+mb download speed. So try that see if it helps you out!

Yeah they can slow you down... and if you were tethering then that makes it even worst on you! Especially if it's not on your plan.. they'll slow you down to barely nothing under 1 mb!
Wow mine usually would go back up to like at least standard dsl speed. Which is about 3-5mb sec. You must be on that 5% high usage list. I was on it b4 when I was using a lot of gigs 8-12 gigs mo. From downloading Rom's while on the go!!I have tethered just under 400mb this month. Last month apparently I used 9gbs of data. Have never once received a tethering warning of even a message that they were going to throttle me! They do send out msg's. Happen to me when I was using mine too play Xbox live, not a good idea.. Lol
