Is there an apn that will bypass throttling? I tried all of them and none work when throttled.

When I was slowed down, I used test 1, or try the att LTE... Another thing you can try to get some speed back. After the apn switch. Try switching airplane mode off and on. So the network can reconnect to the new setting... might now give you that much increase, but it'll be better than under 1 mb download speed.. Lol

Well if this Apn is working good for you:thumbup:.
Then I would try changing a few setting within the Apn. And see if that lets you receive mms msg's!
Try the MMSC setting!

Looks like an extra space on MMS line should be mms-tf.net

I can call and text ive tryed many apn but nothing seems to work it's on version 4.1.2 also it is not rooted CAN ANY ONE HELP!

Hey guys. Can someone pleeeease help. I installed the hyperdrive rom on my att Galaxy S4 through safestrap. I like the rom but I'm having a problem when ever I try to put the att lte apn. I input everything it says to put but then when I go to save it, I click save but it doesn't save anything? Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong

It should save it. You might have to delete what you have there now. Then input your att lte apn setting. See if it saves then...

Thank you for your response. I've been trying to input the info you have for att lte all day but it doesn't want to save. I push the save option and then when I look all it says is this
