Found a new APN for VOLTE on AT&T. Works great on the Note 4.

Name: AT&T Nextgenphone
APN: nxtgenphone
Proxy/Port/Username/Password/Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication type: Not set
APN type: default,admin,mms,supl,hipri,internet
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: none
MVNO value: Not set

Sent from my SM-N910T using XDA Free mobile app
When I enter MNC: 410 and save, the APN deletes itself instantly. If I leave it at 150 then it will not delete and seems to work fine. This happens with all of your APNs that have an MNC of 410.

are you on AT&T or straight talk? I believe MNC is the Mobile network code and for AT&T it should be 410. I have not tried 150 before, I have never seen 150 work for AT&T. Are you in the USA?

Have you tried to change your APN to the straight talk setting? Also the phone needs to be sim unlocked in order for it to work right ok.
