and install new shealth.apk..................

delete system\framework\arm\service.odex

and also system\priv-app\SecSettings\arm folder

The secsettings.apk does not make any difference to odexed - deodexed. Arm folder is always empty in many roms so it does not save .odex files to delete and to stay deodexed
