Question How to I switch from global MIUI ver. to CN ver 12.5?

Because of the recent pandemic, i couldnt go back to china to get the Redmi K40, so i had to buy the Poco F3 in hong kong. after watching some bilibili videos about 12.5 (some were negative, but i dont really care), i realized im missing out on quite a lot of content and features. Now, before you say "Oh if I were you i'd just go for xiaomi.eu" i do prefer xiaomi's AI way more than google assistant, so thats one of my main reasons for going CN. but how do i actually get there? I went to the CN xiaomi community page for the rom download but something is wrong with the page, and twrp doesnt support K40 or F3 as of now either. I do see the alpha build for twrp in this forum, but is that good enough? the image is what the xiaomi community site shows when i click on rom download, i also couldnt find the 12.5 rom for k40 anywhere else.

Just backup all on micloud even wallpaper
