How to install OTA updates after Unlock/Root/TWRP Bootloader?

I unlocked and rooted my Nexus 5X and installed the TRWP bootloader according to Heisenberg's great instructions.

But now I'm getting OTA updates downloaded to the phone. How do I install them? Or probably a more correct question, does anyone know where I can find those updates in a TWRP flashable format? I can't find them.

Thanks,
Tom

Just ins install flashfire from play store. It's developed by chainfire.
Download factory image and flash, the app even injects root. Just make sure not to flash data partition so that you don't lose all personal data.

Though I don't personally recommend it, you can flash the OTAs within TWRP.

The program in charge of interpreting the install script is packaged with the OTA so it has nothing to do with TWRP. The only issue that might occur would be quite rare if there is a kernel fix the OTA depends on and TWRPs kernel is too old to include it.
