If you have custom recovery installed then just wipe everything and install zip from SD card.
If not then first root your device, then flash custom recovery (I would suggest clockworkMod Recovery) using terminal emulator or adb shell or ROM Manager (ROM Manager is EASIEST).
You really need to use search man. Everything is there on xda already.
