how to install rom with s-on

as a new owner of sensation, i have few a question. I have ota update to 4.0.3 and it look like i have 3.2 firmware and 1.7 Hboot S-On. I need help install custom rom. stock rom seem pretty good ,but i don't like sense. Anyone have recommendation. I like stable and fast. don't care much about animation.
