How to install ROMs?

Hi, I just got a N7000 coming over from a Motorola Defy (Also Android) so I have some experience with Android ROMs.

Where can I find a "universal" guide on how to unroot and then flash ROMs on the N7000 safely?

Specifically, I want to try out these non-CM (I think) ROMs and perhaps 4.2 non TW eventually..

If you really have some experience then you should now that you can find guides when you search for them.
You are already very near - the guides are not far away. Just look at the stickies in the subforums here for N7000.

Thanks. I found the info I need. The Note seems remarkably easy to root.
