After adding the second code see the next line for :cond_2 . remove this condition . it will then compile.

i have android 4.2 and follow the tutorial . i have recompile adroid.policy.jar and setting.apk (first) without erorr ... and never pust to system .
and then i follow the next or last tutorial about "First open smali/com/android/settings/cyanogenmod/LockscreenInterface.smali"

i cannot find cynogenmod folder... why ?

you must download the attach file in the OP then extract in you decompiled settings.apk in smali/com/android/settings/HERE
