I've just done a tutorial on how to make your phone look like Android L!
This is a full tutorial, also featuring the "Dynamic Status Bar" and the Lockscreen.

Requirements

- Android Phone running CM11/ParanoidAndroid/Mahdi
- Root Permission
- A few apps
- Eyes, Ears and a Brain​
