How to make clean install?

Every time i see new rom som ppl suggest to make clean insall...
What is the clean insall and how to do it?

Clean install mean wiping data, cache and delvik cache before installing custom roms.

In contrast with update install, which avoid wiping data to keep apps and user data intact (but risk getting bugs or bootloops.)

I do it all but the facility is not clean ... or it downloads the google restore everything?
eg: back my wallpaper, settings etc. and Wifi.

If after clean install you got welcome screen asking gmail account, you're doing it right.
Just uncheck "restore to this phone..." or something like that so it won't redownload unwanted apps you once installed.

But if you mean wiping data didn't remove any apps or settings you got before, I doubt that your CWM is working properly...

You may need to flash a correct stock rom for your device (be aware of bootloader version) and start again from rooting.
