How to overcome low volume levels?

Hey all, I find the volume levels on the phone pretty low. To overcome I was earlier using Viper4android which had an issue of randomly ceasing to work, and then open the app fiddling around before it would start working again.

Now for the last few weeks I'm using this app from playstore called volume booster goodev and has been doing a good job at increasing the volume. But this has similar issues randomly ceasing to work, then open the app, fiddle around and the volume is enhanced again.

Trying to figure out if there's a way that I wouldnt have to fiddle around with whichever app I'm using frequently to bump it up again. As I understand, there must be some default setting which overrides it every now and then.. If there was a way to tweak that original config, it would sort out these issues.

Anyone has any experience on this? Thanks!

Maybe disabling app battery optimization will fix your issue?
Definitely a great thought, completely forgot about that :) Now I've added the app to the non optimized list. Let's see if it shuts down again.

Although would love to embed it at the config level where I don't have to run any app to achieve the sound boost. I have no issue with the quality, just increasing the sound.

Thanks!
