How to recreate recovery partition?

I did something stupid and now I don't have a system or recovery partition. I tried to recreated the partitions, but get the following error.

fastboot delete-logical-partition system_a Deleting 'system_a' FAILED (remote: 'unknown command') fastboot: error: Command failed

I've been following this guide but the commands don't seem to work.

How can I recreate the partitions I need?

Re-flash Stock ROM.
