You Unlock device bootloader by removing its mi accountnot sure about what you just say.

So, if I understand you correctly:

1. you register your phone on MIUI site, you get a user identifier
2. you apply for unlocking bootloader, you get a permission, you unlock bootloader with official miui unlocker
3. you enter recovery and install one of the MIUI ROMs from MIUI website, because you want to use MIUI OS
4. but you don't want your phone to be registered to your MIUI account
5. so you start phone in bootloader, connect it to your PC/notebook etc. and you use Miko tools to remove MIUI account???

I don't get it what is the sense of all of this.
Or is there a "secret identifier number" in your Redmi 4x santoni, regardless what OS you use?
And this tool I don't know looks dangerous.

Does anyone want to do a test and write a review of what you can do whit this tool?

It was written, you can use it to unharbrick phone, but EDL mode requires bootlader, so I don't get it how could you use it for unhardbricking.
You can enter into EDL mode on a completly dead phone (no recovery nor bootlader works, or phone doesn't turn on) by connecting hardware test points under the cover of phones while it's connected to PC by USB cable.

Could someone explain me what does "removing MI account" means in practice?
Does it make difference on a custom ROM or it has meaning only on MIUI Android OS?
(btw... my PERSIST partition shows 0 byte size in TWRP backup... tho it might not be true.)

It is a special flasher itself If you meant that it's more universal than MI Flash Tool, then the answer is yes.
But once you have to dismantle your phone to play with test points, it's already too complicated, should do only if phone doesn't turn on or no bootloader.

i finish this method but now my 4X cannot start if i charging show battery but i i press power cannot start how to fix this thanks for anwser
