Xiaomi Redmi 4x (Santoni) MIUI 10
I have done that with lots of tools and I used CM2 Infinity Dongle but the issue is not to deactivated MI Acc. The issue is how to remove the account definitely if you dont know the Acc number/ email? because those tools doesn't remove permanently the account. As soon as you connect the phone to the internet, the Mi Acc activation pops up and deactivate the screen. Is there any way, tool, box...etc to remove/ Delete MI Acc permanently rather than the official way via the manufacture website?

Did work on mit Redmi 4x. Is it still possible to unlock bootloader with a different mi account. at the moment im just getting an error (try again later)
If i install the persist.img again the phone will be locked agian? Is it possilbe to unlock the bootloader without miui account? at the moment i only get error 20091 if I want to add the phone to my mi account.
Update: Phone is only unlocked if u don't flash the persist.img again and it seems not to be possible to unlock bootloader without the perist.img. but if u only want to run miui 11 or older miui it works. sometimes there will be a warning that the system is unsafe now.

for my redmi 4 with miui 9.5, this was the only mi account remove tool which worked. edl/9008/download mode is accessible on the redmi 4 without opening the phone, just hold down up AND down volume buttons while booting the phone. the screen should turn blank.
make sure you have your qualcomm 9008 usb driver installed, then run miko tool.
it's possible that this is affected the operation of sensors (gyro, light, proximity etc.), due to persist.img modification. booting in download mode again and flashing the persist.img on this site fixed it.
