How to remove "Widgets" option from "Apps"?

Does anyone know how to remove "Widgets" option from "Apps"? My phone is a S3 mini and runs stock 4.1.2.

Thanks for your answer! I thought maybe it's possible to decompile/modify/compile the current launcher (TouchWiz Home) in order to disable the widgets option. I will look for a 3rd party launcher.
