How to Replace Launcher & Contact

Can we replace stock launcher and contact from OPPO to ZenUi Launcher and Contacts Application? Please advice.

Yes you can. After installation go to applications and standard applications. You can set Zen launcher there as standard

Then search google how to freeze/disable system App using ADB.

Disable system app and then you can set other launcher as default
