How to reset to original manufecturer state

I still have original stock 2.2 ROM. I want to clear all my data, and reset the Streak 7 to its original state. Doesn't anybody know how to do it?

Charge device, power device OFF, hold "volume +" button, press and hold power button while still holding "volume plus". When menu appears, choose second option labeled "1" (numbering scheme goes 0, 1, 2, 3).
