How to restore twrp after error?

I flashed Franco Kernel and after that I cant get to TWRP unless booted the image in fastboot.

Even after re-flashing TWRP and rebooted to TWRP I will still get this message:

Qualcomm CrashDump Mode

Could not decompress initial ramdisk image.rd_load_image

I can boot to system, only now I cant boot to TWRP unless I boot to TWRP using fastboot and TWRP img.

Please advise.

I remember responding in the Franco thread. How far did you get with this? Is it still broken?
