How to restrict app from using SIM2 data?

I want an app to allow to use SIM1 data, but not the SIM2 data. As there any app or setting available to perform this?

My Paytm app, when uses SIM2 data, detects as SIM/Mobile Number is changed & asks me to do re-KYC, hence this question
