How to return my Nexus Back to Stock?

So.. my charging port has failed on my Nexus, and so I requested a warranty swap... problem is im running cm10.1 and the battery is about to die...

How am I going to get the phone back to stock for warranty? I cant charge the phone... and i did a factory data reset, but that did not help, it just wiped my phone, its still on cm10.1

so how do you expect to flash it back to stock if you have no battery? a magical power source from the sky?

FACTORY RESET DOES NOT RESTORE THE FACTORY ROM.

you replaced the rom, you need to flash the stock image. since you have no USB capability, there is only 1 way, and it has been answered several times.

You can't charge the battery from the phone.. Cant u remove the battery and use a cheap battery charger.. I had two batteries and used this to keep the phone up and running all the time.

Dude, just charge the battery with a cheap charger like suggested by gauthamnaidu (not the phone, only the battery), download the stock rom from here if you didn't made a backup of it: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images , and flash it (don't forget to wipe everything, just in case).
