Yes on STOCK slot. Might as well backup or delete everything on slots 1-4 as they are 4.3 and will only cause you grief once you're running 4.4

my odin is not reading the kk md5. what should I do?? It doesnt even show as being on the desktop in odin. I see it there but odin doesnt.

Be sure you're not trying to Odin the ZIP file... Unzip and grab the tar.md5 gile, Odin the tar.md5

I just had to use the older version I had. Everything worked and I'm now on KK! !! Just wanted to say thank you so much. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have gotten through it. Thank you very much. Out of curiosity what ROM do you like??

I just downloaded the latest VRoot as I'm going to backtrack to 4.3 for now (having some phone reception issues on NC2). Anyways ESET NOD32 is flagging the download as carrying "A variant of Android/Spy.Agent.BN trojan." Is this a false flag and I shouldn't be alarmed or should I use Kingo?

I think it's a false pos. But I've never used vroot. I know that's not very solid advice, but it's all I got.

@az_biker @brackett5 Thank you both for quick replies. VRoot worked fine here after disabiling ESET for a bit. Installed SS and then flashed SuperSU before installing back on a few ROMs. Again thank you very much.

Guys I really need help...I just got a note 3 and not familiar with it at all I just updated to the latest ota uodate upon unboxing. Its all stock yet and I cant find valid links to the software. I really wanna get this rooted
