How to root Lenovo vibe k5 note A7020a48, Tired searching everywhere.

when you upgrade you lost the root-sorry-i have test this myself

hey friend not direct update ,i know tha root will lose when directly updated
but there is an app call flashfire i think from chainfire to update without losing root

I searched everywhere, Is there any way to root Lenovo vibe k5 note A7020a48. I wish XDA can help it. Is there any developer who can root this phone? There is not any way to root over Internet, I searched almost every possible place.

Have you got any way to root your device? i am still doing my back read to other related topics but to find nothing.

As you said there is no way or app that can root Lenovo vibe k5 note (A7020a48),and even if we want to root it there must be a custom recovery installed but not has yet been available .So only one thing that we can do is to try to flash the update zip using ADB sideload through the help of P.C,I haven't yet tried it but u can try it.
If it would have been helpful plz hit a ?

one is of 10 mb size
and the other one is of 144 mb
obviously the second is custom made but i,m not able to flash it

when you downgrade the Rom to 5.1.1 you can root it with Kingoroot.
I have make this with my Phone and it Work
you use the Flashtool for this

Hoping for a dev with a k5 note to compile twrp for this phone.... Would have done myself if I knew how to use ubuntu, but I do not.... But it's strange, k3 note has been rooted and has nougat roms available, why no love for k5 note ?

Coz it has mediatek chipset!
