Maybe your usb cable malfunctioned.WELL i tried unrooting my galaxy note 3 to stock, using the correct files from the website. now my phone is stuck in dowload mode,i cant do anything. MY PHONE IS USELESS...it is a sprint galaxy note 3, i had problems with the rom i was using, so i said screw it, im goin to stock. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO????
Is there a link for this Kingo by chance?Yes, through Kingo root. I rooted two Note 3's on MJ4 using Kingo without tripping Knox.
I downloaded Kingo from here:Is there a link for this Kingo by chance?

Great thanks! I'm still not sure if I want to root or not. I will be using this phone for work and they have a no rooting policy due to security risks. The other part of me says "how would they ever know?"I downloaded Kingo from here:

Most security policies will make it impossible to connect to your email if the device is insecure. But, being insecure, you can in many cases fake that status or disable the security policy on your device. It depends on how your company set it up. I run our email server and am rooted, and Office 365 (Exchange) has never prevented me from connecting my device to my email, without me having to change any settings or lie (to myself) about my device's status.Great thanks! Thanks! I'm actually getting the Note 3 tonight and then am getting set up at my employer next week, so I think I should probably hold off then until I get set up. At least then when I take it home after getting the security PIN from my employer, I can root and if it doesn't work, I'll revert back. Most security policies will make it impossible to connect to your email if the device is insecure. What kind of email system does your workplace use? Thanks! It'll be using the "Good" app, and we use Microsoft Outlook in the office. What kind of email system does your workplace use?
But your Outlook, do you know if it is connecting to an Exchange server, or a different kind of email system? It'll be using the "Good" app, and we use Microsoft Outlook in the office.
Yeah, I believe it's an exchange server. But your Outlook, do you know if it is connecting to an Exchange server, or a different kind of email system?
