Any word on being able to root stock NC5 that has never been rooted? I really miss being rooted.

If you don't mind tripping knox it is easy
Use odin to install twrp. Reboot into recovery and either flash a rooted rom or flash supersu. Bam done

I had my phone rooted yesterday using odin i then ran it again to remove it to go to sprint and activate my phone for service i am trying to root it now and it works odin runs it installs every thing fine however when the phone boos up i have no super su app and i ran root test and it says its not rooted so what do i have to do or what did i do wrong ?

Followed the video to a tee. Now my screen on my N3 says:
rocovery booting...
recovery is not seandroid enforcing
set warranty bit: recovery

I'm able to get into download mode, but odin does not see my N3....

sometimes mine does that, and I just unplug and plug it back in. Do you have the drivers installed?

sure do.

I was able to get into download mode. I know twrp installed coz the flash screen comes on, but it loops. I can get to the phone.

I just opened the one click restore and the boxes are blank?

Cf auto root was really simple for a beginner like me. I also used a toolkit to install cwm touch.

I have FLASHED my note 3 from sprint to straight talk. Now i wanna root it. how can i do that without messing up the flash? whats the simplest way?

Thanks the root worked perfectly. Installing TWRP with goomanager did not however. what is the current file i need to download twrp and install using odin? i have the sprint note 3 with the most current 4.4.2 update. thanks again
