Anybody got a mirror to download the stock recovery?

SuperSU uninstalled itself and now when I try to install it again it doesn't appear. I did a factory reset and still no luck.

Hi, I just rooted my s7 edge and I noticed a lot of lag, after a while it forgets my wifi network and I also get a security notice telling me to restart my phone. Can someone help me? This is getting annoying. Additionally, the s7 edge is my first android phone so I'm new this.

If you had package disabler installed, and had apps disabled, I recommend you wipe before flashing anything.
Something is being left over, even after enabling the disabled apps, and it's causing stuff to hang.

(This is just a theory)

Also, neat tidbit.

Once you get the supersu folder installed in the adb folder; if you double click on the batch file, it will auto run. You don't even have to open the command prompt.

Try post #2 method of going to stock, activate, disabling apps, then flash boot image and root.

For anyone that needs the complete firmware from Sammobile:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G935T/

I also attached the root files necessary in the zip file here.
BUT... you also need to unrar it. Stinking forum set the zip limit to 20MB for zip files but it zips to about 23MB.
Rar limit is 8MB but in a rar it was reduced to about 18. So... rar'ed it up, hid it in a zip. :)
i tried different supersu files in none of them i have a roo.bat file just root, and i cant run that file, do i need to rename the file or what? need some help im getting in badmood caus ecant get root
lol

Just ran through the root process again and everything worked out. A few stressful moments when my Odin wouldn't find the phone but it did after a few unplug and plugins of the USB cable.

ALL IS WELL...won't be messing with Xposed for a while.

99% of the issues are self inflicted.

Main things after root:

The build prop has to be edited to keep wifi passwords from being forgotten.
You need to download some kind of app that will let you change the kernel governor.
Disable securitylogagent with TB to get rid of the notification, and to make sure you don't lose root after reboot.

Other than that, just let the phone settle and have at it.

WHATEVER! WE HAVE ROOT!

Ooo...where did you see this build.prop edit for wifi? I missed this somehow and I've been on several threads from AT&T to verizon. I'm on tmobile and totally missed this.

EDIT: Oh, is it the secure storage edit?

Yes it is. I forgot about this.

In the build.prop change

ro.securestorage.suport=true (change to false)

WiFi will be remembered.

Ditto

Well said. I originally had the same issues below coming from 935t.
My phone initially went into a boot loop when trying to do the wifi fix.

A clean factory install from Odin to pd8 made my install experience more smooth and would recommend all to go that route.

I missed viper and away. Was getting rdy to be me thew dragonfly. This will hold me over a few months.
