Hello,

I have a rooted Fire 8 7th gen and I have been trying to add a couple of shell scripts to be run at boot up. I created the /etc/init.d folder as in a Linux distro but the scripts are not executed.

Any ideas?

Do you meant "/system/etc/init.d" ?

Create "/system/su.d" directory with RWX permission (700) and then put your scripts in "/system/su.d" instead.
