My phone is suffering a lot of lags, app crashes, and is slow opening new apps/swithching beetween apps, sometimes refuses even to open keyboard due to low ram

I think it's clear that i need to reset factory it or flash a new room

but there is a lot of thing a want to save:
- Some app currently installed version since i dont like the updated version
-Messeger apps history which i need to recover past conversation informations frequently
- Some game scores
- favorites list (app that do not sinc)

I want to backup some part off the phone so that after i clean it completly, i can restore parts that i like (can't be a full backup or else it will keep the problems)

can anyone help me with some tips or link?

will try the Heliumapp(as soon as i get more free space storage) looks like he can backup both the app(apk?) and the data...hope so...

do you know if it a bug that my moto G need at least free 500mb of storage so it can install an app (even if it's only 1mb)

Yes, it can backup both - app and data. You just need to activate it through PC.
I think that leaving some space is not a bug, but I've never had such little amount of memory, so can't tell for sure.

tried helium, app has a good potential, but turned to be crap because of greedy developers
app works fine for data backup if you do not uninstall the app or flash the phone
if you do reset your phone and upload back helium folder, it will not recognise it's own files because of some json (developers want you to pay PRO for cloud backup)
so, I will try a little more with this app, but pretty sure will need another one
@edit
since my phone is on 4.4.2, I can root it with tethered pie root (which means if i turn off the phone i lose root, but after it boot again, i can root again)
does it help? maybe titanium backup now works?anyone knows?

Don't use cloud backup. Try option with saving files on sd card, it's free.

moto G first gen does not suport SD cards, only internal memory, but i found on the web that if you reset you phone or flash it, helium will not work as expected

True, forgot that ;)

This is what I did:
1) made a backup of an app
2) unlocked bl, root, installed custom rom
3) installed this app from play store
4) again made a backup of it
5) replaced some files from the first backup with those with the second one. Unfortunately I don't remember which...
6) restore backup

EDIT: check this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2324232
