How To Sideload Language Pack???

So I installed windows 10 on my Lumia and after that made a hard reset and now language pack is not downloading.... Is their any other way to install the language pack

I have the same problem and I don't know what can I do
Maybe file manager bug can help to copy files but I don't know it allow write access or not

I'm working on it but I don't know where is these language packs stored .

thats not necessary...
-first configure your windows phone 8.1 device COMPLETLY
-then upgrade to win 10

in my case it worked .. i have a working cortana !

Sometimes you must do a hard reset after getting w10
I get w10 firstly like you but i had some issues with 10 so I had no way except hard reset
