How to solve Not detect computer to install Rom?

Hello,
All of my condition is i made all wipe(dalvin,internal,system,… )in twrp to sure no data in ph.After finising, It happen only MI logo(no boot anymore).i connect PC to install another OS but not detect anymore(not detect OTG).i can use only twrp.plz help me to get over this condition.before i made all wipe,my ph not detect otg.

Go to TWRP and mount partition manually than try to copy. If not install another version of twrp via adb and try again.

By making adb, can i install os? My ph is now no os,not detect OTG,computer.plz explain me more to solve the problem.Finall all are not ok ,i think i need to change charger port.really thank for your answer.
