How to turn off this "new" Autoplay on YouTube

It's not the Autoplay for next video. It's when you scroll through the list on the main page, it kinda previews the video by silently playing them. It drives me nuts. Went through every single setting already. Anyone know how to turn it off?

I remember seeing this a while back and turning off. However, right now I don't see the option and don't have autoplaying thumbnails.

Go to "Muted playback in feeds" under Settings==>General
