It isn't firmware, it's an OS/ROM. If you still have stock Android installed, you might be able to use DSU loader which can be found in Developer settings.
GSI = No Google installed
GSI + GMS = Google installed

I highly suggest people to make their own Magisk boot file using the Magisk app, as the last couple of times I used someone else's Magisk file, the Camera app broke, audio wasn't working at all, and I think my Phone froze a couple of times.

That's because you used someone elses Boot file, you're supposed to make your own using the Magisk app.

Edit: Nevermind it probably isn't becuase of that. If its happening after EDL resetting attempts or whatever, you probably shouldn't worry about it.
