did you replaced your motherboard?
if yes then forget htcdev unlock method
and you only option is juopunutbear method(wire trick)

this is what it tells me: ''C:\Android>fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)... OKAY [ 0.152s] writing 'unlocktoken'... FAILED (remote: unlock token check failed) finished. total time: 0.161s''.

yes i have had it for service a whole of 8 times! :D
but last time they gave me a brand new one, so that should not be a problem i suppose

ok then
does you bootloader say fastboot usb?
have you enabled usb debugging mode from settings?
install htc drivers if you haven't done it already
use also usb 2.0 ports not 3.0

make sure that you are copying the token correctly
also make sure that you are choosing the correct device(branded or unbranded)
Oh does it matter if its branded? Cus i think Mine is.
And how is a proper Copy of the token? Isnt it just drag and drop inside the folder?

okay so i contacted HTC Dev, and this is the answer i got

''I have investigated your case now. Unfortunately this phone, serialnumber HT36TV8A0002, is a factory built replacement unit, and can't be rooted either unfortunately.''

are your phone is already had a services before..i mean maybe replaced some of the part of the phone it self..?
if so..then you can't unlocking your bootloader from htcdev again...

the only possible way is just using a juopunutbear method to s-off and also will unlocking your bootloader too..
you can look further more in here.. or here..

hope this help..and good luck..

sensation bootloader

after S-OFF the tool will ask you if you want to install jb hboot.select yes
it is patched hboot which is unlocked:)
I got it unlocked,finally..using the htc dev method. i'm now running the viperS5 rom,i recently installed it...running smooth so far but I didn't go through the whole method to install it as needed. just run the zip in recovery and it worked. thought I was gonna brick the phone seeing that I didn't go through the full method because i'm a kind of noob,so I bypassed some stuff.

if you did htcdev method you don't need jb method for flashing roms
