Im locked to a network so i can only use that simcard. I have rooted my lg v20 h990 zaf (south african mobile) what app or program can i now use to unlock my phone to all networks???

Don't understand why you are asking me specifically. Contact the manufacturer /carrier or go through a paid service to have it unlocked
