Assuming you are unlocking with a Windows PC, I literally answered that in the reply before yours re: USB driver.

There is an exe inside the zip. I'm not sure where your issue is.

I just re-downloaded the zip and extracted it and inside there is "IntelAndroidDrvSetup1.10.0.exe"

Just to be sure you're downloading the right one, here's the direct link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/android/articles/intel-usb-driver-for-android-devices
Its appear like it and I don't know what to do please?

C:\Users\SKY>fastboot flashing unlock
I don't know what you did prior to this step, so it's impossible to say what's wrong.

1. Install Intel USB driver if not already done
2. Install ADB from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77403662&postcount=1347
3. Enable developer options on your YB
4. Enable OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging in developer options on your YB
5. Connect a USB cable from your YB to your PC
6. Search for Command Prompt on your PC, right click it and run as Administrator
7. Enter "ADB devices" in the command prompt to see if your YB is detected
8. Enter 'adb reboot-bootloader'
9. Let the YB boot into bootloader and enter 'fastboot flashing unlock'
10. Once your YB displays that it's unlocked, unplug the USB cable and reboot into Android
