How to update Samsung S5 from 5.0 to 5.1 without loosing root

Thanks to this instruction my phone is rooted now. Now I would like to update from lolipop 5.0 to 5.1 without loosing root. Is it possible to do it?
My phone is Samsung Galaxy s5, 5.0, BPB1.

The Verizon Galaxy S5 never got a 5.1 update. The only way to go to 5.1/5.1.1 would be to unlock your bootloader and flash a 5.1.1 ROM.
