So Guys As Promised, Here is the noob friendly how to video for the Razr I.
Before I begin I would like to thank this person who needs no introduction, Matt groff.

Here is a review for all those who wanna see what Jb has got.
I am not responsible, if anything happens to your phone

Most Important, Make Sure You have Latest Drivers Installed.

Before We begin Let me tell you all the pre-requirements.
1. Download Homemade fastboot Files (whichever one you want.)
2. Unlocked Botoloader. (click here if you havent unlocked it)
3. Good Battery Life
4. Wipe/Factory Reset your phone (A recommendation)

Procedure

Update (for those who want to update to jb)
All you guys have to do this follow the video and you will be on JB.

Root (for those who want to root jb ;not for those who want to update or unbrick)
This is for those who all are already running jb, but aren't rooted yet, and want to root.
1. Put Razriroot in your sd card
2. Flash CWM image in your phone.
2.1 To get recovery on your phone
2.1.1 First download fastboot.
2.1.2 Place cmw and fastboot in the same folder
2.1.3 Then open cmd and type the following code flash recovery cwm.img
3. After flashing cwm, boot into fastboot mode by holding vol- and power together at the same time.
4. Scroll using vol- button and select recovery using vol+ button
5. Cwm will open and then flash the zip.
6. Reboot, enjoy!

Unbrick (for those who are bricked; not for those who want to update and root)
This is for those who are bricked, it doesn't matter if you are on ICS or JB, using this method will bring you back on JB.

1.Download Homemade fastboot file of your choice.
2.Extract them.
3.Open the extracted the folder
4.Open cmd there by holding shift on the keyboard and doing a right click on the mouse.
5. Enter into fastboot mode by holding vol- and power together at the same time.
6.Copy and paste the foll. codes one by one in the phone :
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery cwm.img
fastboot flash system system.img.ext4
7. When done, reboot!

I hope I helped you all .
Cheers.

To Install one Homemade differently Search and delete these lines bat file

adb wait-for-device push RAZRiRoot2.zip /sdcard/RAZRiRoot2.zip
adb reboot bootloader

skip the file and save the changes

Do it Manual, put your file RAZRiRoot2.zip in the SD External

start your phone in fastboot mode and you start the bat file (modified)

Hi,

I checked out your video on Youtube about unlocking. I'm on JB and holding volume down+power or volume up and down+power button at the start does not get my phone into fastboot. Did that change from ICS to JB?

what Android are you using, ICS?
I have a Jelly Beam Brasil.en.BR, unlocked bootloader, clock work mod recovery by turl1, megapatch by Omar Abelar, deodex rom, deblur, and other tweaks, sorry for my bad English

So guys, anyone knows how it is the situation about ROOT Razr XT890, JB, with bootloader LOCKED?

I asked google, but no go.
Jelly Beam with locked bootloader can not directly, but if you unlock, install CWMR by turl1, apply razriroot2.zip by mattlgroff from CWMR, you can do

Sorry for my bad english
