how to update via TWRP recovery?

• stock v30b base
• rooted
• TWRP recovery
• some G5 apps installed

just recieved v30e OTA, but being on TWRP I'm unable to install it.
So how can I update?

If you have TWRP installed, you can't do an ota update. And why should you? There are so many other ROMS to try out.
