I just tried them and neither box.com link worked for me.

The link just posted does work.
If you hover your mouse cursor on the folder "ovation" on the box web-page at the link just posted you'll see (on your browser status bar) the very same link in my OP, so there is no reason why clicking on that link directly would not work -- you should try clearing your browser cache.

Tried different browsers on my HD this morning. Dunno why all 3 would give the same error.

Maybe something in the mobile site redirect? The later link to the higher folder worked fine.

You can try using the "request desktop site" option on your browser and see if that makes a difference.

Weird.

Desktop site works with Firefox on my phone but not Chrome.
The other link works fine either way.

Granted I usually download stuff with my PC, not an Android device. So I never would have noticed.

So the poster wasn't 100% wrong, nor 100% right. The links are doing odd things in some browser/OS combinations.

Not sure what is going on here - but having got LOS on my HD+ the blasted thing wouldn't switch off! It seems to do a "restart" each time I tell it to go off - even via TWRP

Any ideas people?

Longstanding issue with CM/LOS, all the way back to KK (CM11)

You can try holding the power button for ~10 seconds when not plugged in. Works on my Nook HD running CM11. Haven't tested the HD+ with LN14.

Plugging in to charge will turn it back on.

Ta - worked that one out late last night.

i'm guessing that there must be some sort of flag in the file system to tell the phone if it is restarting or simply powering off that isn't being cleared.

It was looked at some. In the CM11 and CM12 threads.

No cause or solution was ever found that I recall.

I never turn mine off anyway. It just works so well in standby, even with WiFi on. Turn WiFi and BT off and it lasts for days.

Cool. Saved it. e2fsck
Hi @appye
Running into a similar problem where I can't mount data on F2FS, but can mount it on EXT4.

Can you share what was your actual procedure to fix this?

(suspect it will be a different problem but curious!)

EDIT: Was on CM12 and an older version of TWRP, then installed the latest official TWRP from https://eu.dl.twrp.me/ovation/ before installing LN14.1.

Can i do this without a SD CARD?
The upgrade process described in this thread's first post does not require an SD card.

You can download the new recovery, ROM build, and GApp to internal memory and follow the guide I posted to flash them from there.

It would be best if you first upgrade your existing CWM/TWRP recovery to its latest version that you can upgrade to using your current recovery.
