How to upgrade Phil's Touch recovery?

I'm currently running Phil's Touch Recovery 6..48.4..How do I upgrade to the latest stable version..looking to upgrade to marshmallow..baseband and modems are fine as I'm running blisspop v4.0.3 which is android version 5.1.1 thank you

I recommend using twrp if possible as cwm, upon which Philz is based, has not been updated for a while.
