How to use a single button for opening two programs?

Is there a utility that allows to asign a second program to the camera, messaging and internet buttons like the voice recognition button?

yes. Can't remmeber the name though. AEButton, Magic button.. or.. something button.

It gives 1 button at least 3 functions. single, double, and hold, to do 3 differnt thing. Do a search. But, I think there are problems with this software with something. It has been discussed here before.
