My friend let me borrow his MHL HDMI adapter that came with his Samsung Infuse but when I hook everything up I get no signal what so ever I tried youtube and the media gallery. Am I missing something here?
The Infuse cable won't even work with the SGS2 so I'm guessing there's something funky about it.My friend let me borrow his MHL HDMI adapter that came with his Samsung Infuse but when I hook everything up I get no signal what so ever I tried youtube and the media gallery. + 1 same issue here... New MHL dongle from TMobile, but the TV is saying no signal.Im having the same issues my TV says no Signal, called T-Mobile, waste of time and called HTC and the guy says the Phone is not MHL compatible im like are you kidding me you work there and don't know that HTC Sensation needs the MHL Adaptor and then HDMI cable in order to work.
So my Dilemma is either the MHL cable is bad or my TV does not support it, which is weird my TV does 720p and has 2 HDMI Ports and 32 inch screen.
MHL Cable purchased from T-Mobile, it does Charge and HDMI Cable purchased from Amazon and Amazon branded which tested with my Xbox 360 and it works so that cannot be it, anybody know what could be wrong? please help got HTC watch wanting to watch videos to my TV.
Hmmm....Yes, power is plugged in at the same time. Tried two different TVs, two different HDMI cables. Still no luck. Are you able to get it working?

All the htc cables are not in production yet - they aren't even slated to be in stock for a month or two
HTC's UK store has July 31st as the day they'll have them in stock. Are those the HTC cables mobilefun will have or just some that will work?Mobilefun.co.uk sent me an email a couple of days ago, apologising for the delay and stating that they were expecting delivery of the sensation mhl cable to their warehouse by 30th June.

I don't think you need an MHL-supported TV... just a TV capable of displaying the 1080p, which is what I already have.Hmmm....
I was just about to buy the dongle from Tmo...
Are there any settings in the Sensation that need to be checked? I didn't see any related to HDMI out etc.... Silly question, but you do for sure have your TV setup properly? Had to ask
The tech obviously works as there are many vids out and about with people doing it on the Sensation.
The only thing I can think of is that for the MHL dongle to be able to also charge your phone via the TV, you MUST have a MHL supported TV. Is that the problem maybe? Anyway to charge it separate from the TV, or is that already happening?
Let us know what the verdict is....
