How to use Tab S3 tablet as a Wacom drawing tablet for Photoshop on macOS or Windows?

I have tried Teamviewer to access full blown Photoshop of my MacBook Pro on my Android Tablet. It is a horrible experience.

Since a nice Wacom tablet is a bit pricey, especially for someone like me who doesn't do much graphic editing, I was wondering if it is possible to use an Android tablet like Tab S3 as a Wacom-esque drawing tablet when connected to a Macbook Pro?

I also have Windows 10 with Parallels on my MacBook Pro, so I can make Tab S3 connect to Windows 10 on virtual machine instead of Mac. So choice of operating system is not an issue, but I want tilt, pressure-sensitivity like features of Tab S3 to be utilised when I draw on Photoshop or OneNote over remote desktop.

I did a bit of searching, to find this driver. But unfortunately, it is only for Linux where OneNote or Photoshop like softwares aren't available.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

With VirtualTablet

Edit: added link
I used Virtual Tablet app over USB connection. It worked flawlessly. There was no lag or jitter. It supported pressure sensitity too. Thanks for reommendation.

On the app side, I think app should proide a feedback on what I am writing or drawing. Otherwise, the whole experience becomes a blind exercise.

I have to get used to using this set up, it is no great but okay.

Having used both a 15.6" IPS Drawing Tablet Monitor XP-Pen Artist 16 Pro ( xp-pen.com/goods/show/id/251.html ) and traditional Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablet , I found that for drawing, a medium to large Artist 16 Pro served me better than a draw on tablet see on screen combo.

However, the opposite was true when it came to photographer. for photo editing , using the small tablet XP-Pen Star G640S and then only a relatively small part of the active area on the small tablet. Less hand movement and closer to a mouse.

Given my past experience, if I was using a device for drawing (again), I would opt for a XP-Pen Artist Line or iPad type device and it would be medium or large in size.
