How unlock Nokia Lumia 800 from Claro Puerto Rico

Hi!

Is posible unlock a Lumia 800 from Claro Puerto Rico. When I put a non acepted sim cards don't ask for the unlock code. I need to flash it with another firmware?.

i'm not having this issue, but can I ask where you got your unlock codes from? I can't find anywhere that has them....

I can find the code but as I understand when you put a non acepted sim card don't let you put the code.
