Howto debug WM5 / find the reasons for crashes?

Hi!

My HTC Tytn doesnt wake up sometimes from sleepmode, so i would like to know if there are any tools to log what exactly is happening within WM5?

I posted this in general forum because this matters WM5 in general i think - there must be somekind of syslog or whatever?

Any tools? Any ideas?
